Santoprene® Tubing

SantopSeal is a TPV tubing manufacturer. Santoprene™ TPV from Celanese is well known TPV compound. Tubing made from Santoprene™ is known for its excellent flexibility, durability, and resistance to a wide range of chemicals, making it ideal for use in applications that require the tubing to withstand harsh conditions. It is also resistant to UV radiation and ozone, which makes it suitable for outdoor applications. Some common uses of Santoprene tubing include fluid transfer in food and beverage processing, chemical transfer, medical and pharmaceutical applications, and in automotive and marine industries. It is available in a range of sizes, shapes, and colors to suit different applications.

Thermoplastic rubber Santoprene tubing is a high-performance and versatile. The Santoprene tubes are chemically resistant to fluids like alcohol, ozone, & corrosive, and aqueous systems. We manufacture general grade as well as food-grade Santoprene tubing. These two Santoprene tubing offer good mechanical properties under a wide range of working temperatures. We also produce peristaltic tubing for the peristaltic pump which performs well under vacuum conditions and has good flow consistency. It has low friction to abrasive materials.

The Santoprene rubber tubing is latex-free and is certified with RoHS compliance. Because of its excellent strength and anti-aging properties, it is best suited to harsh weather, sunshine, and saline applications. Another advantage of using such TPV rubber tubing in your products is their environmental stability under changing temperatures and their operability in a wide range of temperatures.

Our standard Santoprene rubber tubing consists of the following advantages: –

  • Highly Durable & Resistant to Fatigue: This particular thermoplastic has superior resistance quality against fatigue. It also has high durability which results in increased life expectancy over other products.
  • Resistant to Acids, Alkalis, & Most Oils and Lubricants: This ensures that no other toxins get a transfer from the tube and hamper the transferred fluid.
  • UV & Ozone Resistant: This property makes the Santoprene tubing a stable environment-friendly product.
  • Durometer Hardness: This makes our Santoprene tubes suitable for every sector from marine to automotive and can be used for necessary operations in specific products of yours.
  • Maximum Temperature Range: It works great to a temperature of up to 275°F.
